1. Purpose

The Beautiful Farwest Welfare Society aims to unite Nepalese people from the Far-Western region living in Denmark. This Code of Conduct ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all members during events, meetings, and online interactions.

2. Expected Behavior

  • Inclusivity: We welcome members of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Mutual Support: Members should strive to help one another, especially newcomers to Denmark, in the spirit of our welfare goals.
  • Political Neutrality: As a social welfare organization, we do not align with any political party. Political campaigning within the society's platforms is prohibited.

3. Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered violations of our code:

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other members.
  • Misuse of the society's funds or resources.
  • Publicly acting in a way that damages the reputation of the society.

4. Enforcement

The Executive Committee investigates all reports of violations. Consequences may include a formal warning, temporary suspension from events, or revocation of membership, depending on the severity of the offense.
