Bylaws (Vedægter)

§1 Name and Legal Status

The name of the association is Beautiful Far West Welfare Society (the "Association"). It is a non-profit, non-political, and voluntary organization domiciled in Denmark.

§2 Purpose

The core purposes of the Association include:

• Uniting people from Sudurpashchim (Far West) Nepal living in Denmark.
• Promoting social welfare, mutual support, and cultural harmony.
• Supporting newly arrived members with settlement and integration guidance.
• Preserving Nepali culture, traditions, and social values.

§4 Membership

Membership is open to individuals from Sudurpashchim Nepal residing in Denmark. Others supporting the Association's objectives may also be granted membership upon Executive Committee approval. Membership becomes valid upon committee approval, and members must respect Association bylaws and decisions.

§6 & §7 Governance

The General Assembly is the highest authority and meets annually. Daily operations are managed by an Executive Committee elected for a two-year term.

The Committee consists of: President, Vice President(s), General Secretary, Treasurer, and Members.

§10 Bank Account

The Association maintains its own bank account in Denmark, operated jointly by two authorized signatories, typically the President and Treasurer.

§12 Dissolution

Dissolution requires a two-thirds majority decision by the General Assembly. In such a case, remaining assets are transferred to another non-profit with similar objectives in Denmark.
